  • We offer a free, no obligation consultation, to discuss your property search criteria and what type of home you want to buy.

  • We will look at the areas you are interested in and also suggest, areas in London.

  • We will compile a list of properties to meet your criteria.

  • When we have found properties that you like, we will arrange viewings or view the property for you.

  • We are available 7 days a week to find your home and offer guidance and support. 

  • Our clients include first time buyers looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat, or families and friends looking for any sized house, in any area of London.

  • We supply impartial advice on every property we present to you or you find.

  • Upon selection of a property, we negotiate the lowest price.

  • We share details of recommended surveyors, mortgage brokers, tax advisors, solicitors, and removal companies, all of whom are tried and tested.

  • We simplify this and offer support, throughout  the whole buying process.

  • We will manage viewings with estate agents, or view properties for you.

  • We can recommend surveyors, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.

  • Our transparent service will take you from search, all the way through to exchange and completion of contracts.

  • We keep the process moving as smoothly and efficiently as possible, allowing the flexibility for you to be involved as much, or as little as you wish.

London Homes Search offer a free face-to-face, telephone or Zoom meeting, to discuss the criteria for your search. If you want to proceed with a property search, you can choose one of the following options.

We can answer any questions you have and help you make the right choices, when buying your home. We will give impartial and honest advice, and support and guide you through the whole process. 

How to buy a home, Fee: £500.

Search, arrange viewings speak to estate agents, negotiate the lowest offer.

London Homes Search, will search and find suitable properties that fit your criteria.

We will, view all properties, or offer accompanied viewings, speak to estate agents,  negotiate an offer. We will search for properties that fit your criteria you properties and you can choose which ones you want us to view, or we will arrange a viewing for you.

We offer full support from search to offer and exchange to completion.

 

Property search: A

Search, arrange viewings speak to estate agents, negotiate the lowest offer.

Retainer Fee: £1,500 to start your search.This is a one time payment and lasts until we find you a home.

Property search fee A: £6,000  Paid on successful exchange of contracts.

Property search: B

Search, arrange viewings speak to estate agents, negotiate the lowest offer.

Property search fee B: £5,000  Paid at the beginning of your search, this is a one time payment,  no retainer fee.

​

All fees are fully inclusive. We do not charge VAT.
